Last week, Greg Nathan was stateside and spent the day with one of our franchise clients (with more to come this week) talking franchise relationships, as he does so profoundly.

A member of Team SPEAK!, who had not had the privilege of seeing Greg live, was able to attend. Hearing her bubble over this morning about Greg’s presentation, and specifically about his Franchisee Wheel of Excellence and how it was absorbed by the audience as they took copious notes, reminded me about the what a unique and valuable contribution Greg makes to our franchise community.

This motivated me to pass along a recent interview I did with Greg, as he talks about the 5 Critical Traits: Franchisee Wheel of Excellence.
